Great website. This is my second deployment Im going through with my boyfriend. I dont really have anybody to talk to about his deployments because none of my friends have a bf in the military so they dont understand how hard it is on both of us. Any military wives/girlfriends with advice is greatly appreciated. Please dont count me out because alot of the wives in his unit have told me they wont associate with me simply becuase I am "just a girlfriend" so I really dont have anybody to go to. I was wondering if there are any support groups for family members of deployed soldiers for after they come back. I have met families who need help dealing with soldiers who have PTSD and they have no idea what to do. I live in MS do you know any local groups in south MS or South AL? Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
